Muffin Tin Monday

Welcome to Muffin Tin Monday! This is the almost world famous blog link up that showcases reader submitted Muffin Tin Meals from across the web. Muffin Tin Monday is what started the “muffin tin lunch” craze a few years ago. It’s the sister to the bento lunch. Each cupcake tin well can hold a perfect child size portion and it great for introducing new foods and food textures to curious tummies. Peer reviewed research has shown that kids are drawn to products with liscenced characters on them and to foods that are presented attractively. They, like adults, eat with their eyes.

    Thanks for hosting!

Something with a lid would be awesome to include in the giveaway. This would be a great summer picnic item for the little ones!

I am new to your blog and love it! I am also new to the concept of muffin tin meals, but think it would improve our eating. A lot of the time we may only have 2-3 things offered at a meal, but I think having the 6 spots to fill would help me to think about having more variety in our diets. I have two little girls and they would absolutely love this! I would love to have any kind of kit to get started. We go camping a lot so muffin tins with lids would be awesome, or the heart shaped tins would be a hit with my girls. Any kind of "starter" kit would be wonderful!
